Manasseh knows that God promises many men a pay for working a charge. Christman Employment formats this phenomena, giving the man structure and stability in his life. This program allows a man to earn an income while at the same time working his charges by God.
One LordMan will be selected from all ChristMen in each Manasseh-City. He will manage all ChristMen in that city for a six year period, and have other responsibilities as well.
A Christman gets 25% of his net profit, after costs. Every 6 years, one Christman in each city will be asked to serve as a Lordman also. In addition to his ChristMan pay, he'll receive 25% net of EVERY Christman's sales in that city. This can be considered the man's balloon income for his career.
